Keep the questions your team has already written

Start with Respondus Standard Format text or a supported Word file. QFlowLearn imports the questions for editing and review, with source information available as you work.

Choose a small file that includes the question types and media you use. Native and encrypted Respondus project files are not supported. Word files need visible question markers.

Move from import to preview in one workspace

Open an imported question, compare it with its source, and make your corrections. Use the preview to try a response before assembling the assessment. Missing answer keys and unresolved media are flagged for review before export.

See the question editor and preview →

Choose the destination for this assessment

Review the destination checks, then download a supported package or publish to a connected Canvas course. The export report records conversion changes and known limitations.

Automated tests cover Canvas package generation and its migration API path. A live institutional import has not yet been verified for this workflow. Check the package in your own course before learner use.

Evaluate the work your team does every day

Try a complete task: import a file, correct a question, preview an answer, and export an assessment. Include the people who maintain the bank and manage the learning system.

Note where people pause, which steps they repeat, and how long the task takes with representative content. Use those observations to judge whether the workflow suits your team.

Plan an evaluation with your own content →

Start with one question file

Create an account and bring a non-sensitive source file, or explore the Presidents sample with prepared content.
