Organizational pilot

Starting at $6,000 per year.

Evaluate QFlowLearn with the people who create, maintain, and deliver your assessments. Choose a representative question bank and agree on the workflows and acceptance criteria for the pilot.

Your proposal defines the workspace, participants, included usage, support, and services. Migration work, integrations, and learner delivery are scoped and priced in the proposal.

Broader organizational rollout

Expand around the requirements your pilot establishes.

Request a proposal for a broader rollout across your organization. Scope may include shared-bank governance, learner delivery, integrations, migration assistance, and managed support.

Additional AI capacity, private model configuration, and bulk processing are part of the service discussion. Agree on included usage and limits in the proposal.

What shapes your proposal

Tell us about the work you expect to do. This helps us separate ongoing service costs from implementation work.

Your content
Question-bank size, source formats, media, import frequency, and migration assistance.
Your team and learners
Author roles, review requirements, learner volume, and peak assessment periods.
Your systems
LMS and identity connections, hosting requirements, result destinations, and AI configuration.
Your support needs
Implementation help, training, ongoing support, and required service terms.

For example, a team moving one bank into an existing LMS can scope migration and authoring separately from hosted learner delivery.

Confirm the terms before rollout

Ask for the recurring price, any setup or migration fees, included usage, and what happens at a usage limit. Confirm support responsibilities and content-export terms in the agreement.

QFlow is the open-source authoring project. Running it yourself means taking responsibility for hosting, maintenance, and support under its software license. Hosted QFlowLearn services have a separate service scope.

QFlowLearn is built by Longsight, which has worked with institutions on open-source learning systems since 2004.
