Proposed pilot projects

Choose a project that addresses work your team needs to do. Each starts with a small milestone we can test together.

For current capabilities and their support status, see the product workflow and available integrations.

Assign complex assessments through Google Classroom

Build an assessment in QFlowLearn, assign it to a Classroom class, and let students enter with their school Google accounts. Return reviewed scores to the Classroom gradebook.

First milestone
A teacher connects Classroom and sees the classes they teach. Then test one complete assignment, student attempt, and grade return.
A useful pilot partner
A school or district using Google Classroom, with a teacher and a Google Workspace administrator available to test account access and permissions.

Deliver high-stakes assessments to large groups at once

Prepare for scheduled testing windows when many learners start and submit together. Test response preservation, timing, accommodations, access controls, and the tools operators need to handle incidents.

First milestone
Agree on a target number of simultaneous learners and rehearse test day with simulated attempts. Measure launch and submission times, check durable response and submission records, and test recovery from connection loss before a supervised pilot.
A useful pilot partner
An institution or assessment provider with a defined testing window, expected peak attendance, security and accommodation requirements, and staff who can review delivery and incident procedures.

Coordinate a national assessment program

Develop a governed workflow for a national program managing thousands of learners, questions, or assessments across participating institutions. Coordinate question banks, published versions, testing windows, and program reports, with explicit authoring, approval, administration, and review roles.

First milestone
Model one program and its roles, then rehearse a bounded rollout across several participating sites. Verify question and assessment versions, delegated access, release controls, and consolidated reporting against the program’s requirements.
A useful pilot partner
A national assessment body, ministry, or consortium with a program lead, representative content, participating sites, and explicit targets for the number of learners, assessments, questions, and institutions to manage.

Bring question banks directly from your learning system

Select questions in a supported learning management system (LMS) and bring them into QFlowLearn for review and reuse, with their source recorded and conversion issues visible.

First milestone
Retrieve a small authorized bank from one LMS and verify question content, answer keys, media, and repeat-import behavior.
A useful pilot partner
An institution with a bank it can authorize us to access, an LMS administrator, and representative questions. The first supported system depends on verified API access and content fidelity.

Assemble an assessment from a teaching brief

Describe the audience, learning objectives, and question count. Get an editable assessment proposal from your existing bank, with coverage gaps explained and deliberately selected questions preserved.

First milestone
Use one collection and a short brief to propose a fixed assessment. Have subject experts compare the selected questions with the brief.
A useful pilot partner
A faculty or content team with an existing collection, clear objectives, and reviewers who can judge whether each question fits.

Author questions from Codex or Claude Code

Draft and revise assessment questions in your AI chat, then save them to QFlowLearn for preview, review, and reuse. A proposed Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration would connect the chat to your authorized workspace.

First milestone
Connect both chat clients to one test workspace. Create and revise a few questions, check their previews and answer keys, and verify saved revisions and QTI export.
A useful pilot partner
A faculty, publisher, or assessment team that uses Codex or Claude Code, with representative questions and permission to share that content with its chosen AI provider.

Align a bank with your institution’s standards

Extend question organization with suggested links to your curriculum standards or learning outcomes. Keep the evidence for each suggestion and preserve your team’s corrections.

First milestone
Evaluate suggestions against a small reference set that your subject experts have already mapped to one standards framework.
A useful pilot partner
A department, district, or publisher with an authorized standards framework and reviewers who can assess the quality of the mappings.

Use assessment results to guide question review

Connect item results to the question bank so your team can identify questions worth reviewing, inspect the supporting evidence, and prepare a new revision.

First milestone
Use an authorized results sample from one assessment to produce a review list. Confirm that reviewers can trace each finding to the relevant question version and result data.
A useful pilot partner
An assessment team with permission to use the relevant results and a named reviewer. Agree on data handling and review criteria before sharing learner records.

Start with one workflow

A pilot gives us a concrete task, representative content, and people who can tell us whether the result works. Your team helps set priorities and reviews the milestones as we develop them.

To discuss a project, tell us:

  • The project you want to explore and the problem it would solve.
  • The content, systems, and accounts you can authorize for testing.
  • Who will lead the pilot and review the results.
  • How you will judge success and any timing constraints.

Organizational pilots start at $6,000 per year. Integration and development work are scoped and priced in your proposal; the starting price does not include every roadmap project.
