Customer content and ownership
The customer retains all ownership rights to content submitted to or created in the service, including source files, questions, assessments, metadata, review records, and exported packages.
The customer grants QFlowLearn a nonexclusive, limited license to host, copy, process, convert, transmit, and display customer content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the requested service or meet a legal obligation.
Basic import and export
QFlowLearn does not charge a separate portability fee for basic individual import or standards-based export. QFlowLearn may apply disclosed file-size, compute, rate, and abuse limits. QFlowLearn reports any known fidelity loss caused by those limits.
Institutional hosting, AI capacity, bulk work, collaboration, governance, integrations, migration services, managed support, and Harbor-backed delivery may require a paid agreement.
AI processing
QFlowLearn sends private customer content to an AI processor only when an authorized user starts an AI-assisted feature that requires that content. For assessment generation, the configured processor receives the source material and generation settings needed to produce the requested draft.
QFlowLearn does not use private customer content to train a shared model. Deterministic recovery, migration review, destination preflight, and export do not call an AI model. The signed agreement identifies the configured AI processor or private-model arrangement and governs processor retention and training terms.
Conversion evidence
QFlowLearn reports known conversion changes through import reports, item-level review status, destination preflight, and export receipts. QFlowLearn does not guarantee a perfect conversion of unsupported, malformed, encrypted, or proprietary source behavior.
Account closure and exports
Unless the customer requests immediate deletion or a legal or security requirement requires earlier action, QFlowLearn provides a 30-day export window after notice that a hosted account will close.
During that window, the customer can download canonical assessments as QTI 3 packages. Original source files and review reports from each import remain available while the workspace is open. The customer can download other destination formats while QFlowLearn supports their named export profiles.
QFlowLearn may charge for optional bulk packaging, format repair, or staff-assisted migration work. QFlowLearn does not add a separate fee to the basic individual export path. After the export window, QFlowLearn closes the workspace and handles remaining data under the signed agreement's retention and deletion terms.
Support procedure
A workspace administrator requests closure through the support contact named in the signed agreement. QFlowLearn support verifies the request, records the export window, identifies blocked exports, and confirms delivery before closure. If a QFlowLearn defect blocks the promised basic export, QFlowLearn treats it as a support issue, not paid migration work.
