Assessment RFPs are not judged by slogans. They are scored line by line: standards, item bank, delivery, reporting, accessibility, integrations, security, implementation, and evidence. This matrix shows how QFlowLearn should respond.

What the packet needs to prove.
The strongest public site for QFlowLearn is a procurement index: each claim has a plain-language answer, an artifact, and a status. That lets an evaluator copy the answer into their review notes and know which evidence supports it.
